Ayatullah, or Allan to his friends, is taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Mindanao. He lives in the squatters area with his family where they live in one house crowdedly. He says: "Our only source of income is selling fruits and vegetables in the market. With our situation now, it is so hard for my parents to fund for my studies. I am very much interested in pursuing my college degree, so I can fulfill my dream and become a professional. I believe that when a person has a college degree, he has more chances of getting a better job, thereby, securing his future and helping his family. With the present demand of nurses abroad, I'm sure I'm on the right path with the help of Allah."
