Following the success of the first retreat approximately two years ago, Minority Care International (MCI) hosted another three-day retreat with a theme “De Schuilpaaps” at the Eden Nature Park & Resort.  The retreat had MCI president, MCI Students Association members and several guests from Texas in attendance.

The three-day retreat was spent on integrating core values namely faith, integrity, courage, and love.  The core values were taught to MCI members through a reading of the book entitled “The Hiding Place” when translated is “De Schuilpaaps”.  The members also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the park resort as a break from school.
