MCI partners with University of Immaculate Conception in a Conference on "Leadership: Constructing Philippine Landscape"

Minority Care International in partnership with University of Immaculate Conception conducted a seminar entitled " Leadership: Constructing Philippine Landscape." Mr. Kevin Herbert stood as the main speaker of the said conference.

With a degree of Business Marketing/Management and masters in Non-profit Business Management, Mr. Herbert shared his knowledge and views on leadership essentials. The experienced area sales manager of Mobley Environmental in San Antonio, Texas also expressed the importance of the 10 characteristics of a good leadership namely: integrity, nurturing, faith in people, good listener to people, understands people, encourages people, navigates for other people, connects with people, empowers and reproduces other people to become good leaders.


Mr. Herbert was the District Executive of a youth development non-profit foundation based in Amarillo, Texas.  Mr. Herbert  is  ccurrently the Marketing Specialist/Manager for Stmeco Inc located in Longview, Texas. He is also the president and founder of Americans Teaching English in Asia (A.T.E.A) in Greenville, Texas.
