DAVAO CITY - Minority Care International in partnership with the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a forum entitled "Global Economic Recovery." For two years in a row, MCI invited Dr. Dee W. Hilton as the main speaker. Dr. Hilton has extensive managerial experience in the field of global economy and investment.
