Davao City - Texas House District 2 Rep. Dan Flynn paid a courtesy call and met Vice Mayor Sara "Inday" Duterte the City Council of Davao City at Sangguniang Panglungsod. MCI initiated the courtesy call having Dr. Aland Mizell as the point person. The session had the presence of the 24 elected councilors, 2 sector representatives and the City Council Secretary.

State Rep. Flynn presented a Texas Flag to the legislative branch of the city in honor of the visit. He shared to MCI his awe and admiration on the leadership of Vice Mayor Duterte, despite being a young woman, and in her commitment to serve Davao City.
