The weekly study forum is crucial because, unlike school events, MCI’s weekly study forum provides a suitable platform for young people to articulate their thoughts and ideas on current social issues that impact their lives and communities, and to prepare them to effectively advocate for their views at the wider global level. It is also a space to learn about the importance of such a forum to deliberate, debate, and determine how to compellingly contribute to their realms of influence effectively, as well as to provide a solid network of support during the week.
